Great selections for the price!! You can take from the floating table or request fresh made rolls or sashimi plate from the sushi chefs. Great quality and nice atmosphere. Price does not include drink so add $4 for a soft drink. Very friendly staff

For AYCE, quality of food is good. Especially for this price point, it is really reasonable: $33.95 for one person. Service was quite attentive: the servers came by to ask all the time, quite friendly too. If it was not the staff, I would have given 3 stars. The attentiveness earns them 1 more star, especially in an AYCE sushi restaurant. We were a group of 12, so orders were a lot and they were very patient too! Ambiance can be brighter. I felt like the Concord and Vacaville locations were both brighter and Concord especially more modernized feeling/look. Wished that Chicken Wings would come out more often on the sushi boat/river. Those were delicious.

Fuji Sushi at 8473 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758 has been around for many years. Some of the negative reviews talk about 10 years ago with fancy sushi choices, low prices, and a fabulous Chinese Buffet. Then came the pandemic which closed the buffet for a long time. So now for my review. I came here for lunch and sat at the sushi boat bar. It was so much fun watching the boats go by with all you can eat items. Nice sushi such as california, shrimp and salmon rolls. There were other items also. There is a menu that you can also order various dishes, such as vegetable tempura, rice and other items, all included unless you wish to purchase an upgraded item. Drinks are not included. I really enjoyed my experience, as there are very few sushi boats left. The restaurant was very clean and the price was higher than 10 years ago, but well worth what I paid. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this is s restaurant!

This is a good spot for when you want volume and value without much fuss. Decent variety of options and generally lively atmosphere. My family enjoys this place.

Food: Always great especially for the price! Sometimes the fish is a little icy from not being thawed enough but that's okay, it's AYCE so you're not exactly here for the quality of a 5 star restaurant that cost an arm and a leg. Fuji will forever be my favorite AYCE sushi spot, they always satisfy my sushi cravings and there's good variety, so no complaints about food. Service: I always see the same head sushi chef working and he's always great, servers are very standard, they usually just come take your order for drinks and appetizers and that's it (bussers will come take empty plates). But again, can't expect 5 star service at an AYCE restaurant so no complaints. Ambiance: It's very spacious and cute inside, I love the sushi boats and always opt to sit by the bar unless I have a group with me.

I came here with a party of 4 Saturday early night for AYCE sushi buffet! They open at 5pm and there were tons of people already! We got seated promptly and the waiter asked if this was our first time and explained how it works! So the concept! Appetizers and drinks were ordered with the waiter while the sushi and everything else we had to go the convenyor belt section to grab or order there at the counters. Interesting concept so it felt like kinda of a actual buffet because they also had rolls prepared already there as well Sushi and sashimi I thought was okay, it was buffet quality, they do have a bunch of options as well, good to try but would only return with a bunch of people for funsy and a good time!

This is our first time here at this location near Walmart and we decided to stop by for lunch. We arrived an hour before closing for lunch and were seated quickly. The staff explained their menu, how the buffet operates, and how to place a certain roll order. Sushi bar is captivating with boats floating through the space with assortment of dish on top of it. Diners can grab whatever dish they like. Closing time was approaching and I notice there were less dish being made out. The attentive staff kindly inquired if we desired any additional dishes before the closing time, ensuring a thoughtful and accommodating dining experience. Overall, sushi was very delicious and satisfying service. I would recommend.
